Our original burger - we posted this at the start of 2024, and honestly, it’s been on repeat ever since… There’s just something about bacon jam on a burger that works so perfectly. Sweetness, cut through by tangy pickles, melty cheesy patties, and that punch of roasted garlic mayo - giving you restaurant-level results at home.
Storage
Bacon Jam - If you find yourself with any leftover bacon jam, then place it into a small airtight jar and place it in the fridge for up to weeks. Use a clean spoon when taking any out. Use it on things like scrambled eggs, pastas, cheese and crackers or simply on toast, the list goes on.
Roasted Garlic Mayo - generally if you made your mayo with pasteurized eggs then place it in an airtight jar in the fridge, it should last you up to 7 days.
