Bone Marrow Burger

We came up with this idea just as we arrived in chilly England at the end of March last year. It was cold, we were in the north where gravy flows thick and fast, and this burger went down an absolute treat. It’s one of those combinations that doesn’t sound like it should work… but trust us, it really, really does.
