Hello beautiful people, just a quick one from me to let you know I’ve done a little pie drop. As promised, I’ve been working on getting all my recipes up onto Substack. This week, we’ve got a pie delivery, with a few of my personal all-time favourite pie recipes-like the short rib dip pie and the ragù pie:

• steak and guinness pie

I’m still working on getting more recipes onto here, so keep an eye out for a random email- it’s probably me adding a few more absolute favourites.
